New Houses Coming Up
IBuild Realty has commenced the constuction of new houses along Richway. We are continuing the Palm Place design with a white facade to keep with the general look of Palm Place. In our hope to maintain the peace and security in our community, we have made it compulsary for all our construction workers to wear their uniforms in the construction site. You will notice our workers wearing dark green long-sleeved tshirts. If you have any problems with any of our crew, please let us know immediately.

Roses, Chocolates & Dinner
In an informal survey conducted in 2008, among Asians, Filipinos are the
most sold into the idea of celebrating romance on Valentine’s Day.
(Ronnel Domingo, Phil. Daily Inquirer, Feb. 14, 2008). So how do we
celebrate Valentine’s Day?
It begins with a gift of red roses and maybe a box of chocolates. The red rose has been a symbol of love and beauty since ancient times. And chocolates have been considered valuable, divine and decadent from the moment it was discovered.
The highlight of this special day is a candle-lit dinner for two.In an informal survey conducted in 2008, among Asians, Filipinos are the most sold into the idea of celebrating romance on Valentine’s Day. (Ronnel Domingo, Phil. Daily Inquirer, Feb. 14, 2008). So how do we celebrate Valentine’s Day?

A Tagaytay Get-Away To Rekindle Romance
Pack up your sweaters and drive up to cool, scenic Tagaytay. Just an hour-and-a-half away from Palm Place, Tagaytay is a most romantic place to be. Being a popular tourist destination, Tagaytay has many hotels to choose from. Personally, I like the feel and comfort that Taal Vista Hotel offers. Before I continue I must state that I am in no way connected to Taal Vista Hotel.Founded in 1939, this hotel offers a huge room with a fantastic view of the Taal Volcano. Its newly renovated rooms come fully-equipped with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and wifi access. From January 1, 2013 to May 31, 2013, a Superior Room for two with breakfast is P4,550.00, inclusive of service charge and taxes.
For your special dinner, there is nothing finer than a dinner at Antonio’s. Antonio’s has consistently ranked in the top 20 of the best restaurants in Asia since the inception of The Miele Guide. The hacienda feel and the gastronomic creations of Chef Tonyboy Escalante will certainly enchant. The chef recommends the Angus Prime Rib-eye Steak with Antonio’s Steak Sauce for two (P4,900.00). For reservations, call (0917)8992866.

Kung Hei Fat Choi
The Chinese New Year is the most important of the traditional Chinese holidays. It is celebrated not just in China but in other countries with a significant population of Chinese, such as the Philippines. Here are some things you can do to attract good fortune in the coming year of the Water Snake:
Clean your home in time for the new year to sweep away the bad luck and make room for the entry of good luck. Make sure you do not clean during the first days of the new year lest you sweep away the good luck that you had just received.
Decorate your home. Red is the color of good luck. Get mandarins with their leaves still intact and place them in a bowl. These are fruits of happiness. Make sure to have an even number of fruits because uneven numbers bring bad luck.
Have a traditional dinner which includes dumplings, glutinous rice, radish and red chillies. Dumplings symbolize gold ingots, glutinous rice helps good fortune to stick, radishes symbolize longevity and red chilies, good luck.

partying ain’t over! February is a very busy month. This is when we
celebrate Chinese New Year and Valentine’s Day. My staff and I have
